Sophie Turner And Joe Jonas Sent 100 Meals To Healthcare Workers In Los Angeles

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas recently showed their appreciation for healthcare workers at a hospital in Los Angeles in a really cool way.

They donated 100 hot meals to East Los Angeles Doctors Hospital through a program called Fueling the Fearless. This campaign helps local restaurants that are having a hard time because of the COVID-19 pandemic. It’s not just in Los Angeles; it also helps places like Seattle, San Francisco, Washington D.C., and New York.

Fueling the Fearless thanked Sophie and Joe on Instagram, along with Joe’s manager Phil McIntyre and his wife, Shonda McIntyre. The post said, “A BIG THANK YOU to @joejonas @sophiet @philymack @shondamcintyre for donating 100 meals to East LA Doctors Hospital. This hospital helps a lot of people who really need care and resources. The staff works incredibly hard to help the community. Thanks to donations from people like you, local restaurants can provide meals that give the staff a moment of relief. One hot meal shows them that we’re all in this together.”

It was a really nice thing for the couple to do, just like Miley Cyrus and her boyfriend Cody Simpson recently shared tacos with a local hospital. Meanwhile, during quarantine, Joe spent some time cooking one of Sophie’s favorite dishes: chicken tikka masala. It’s made with chicken in a tasty, creamy curry sauce and is usually served with rice.

Joe shared some pictures on his Instagram story of the ingredients he used for the meal, like tomato puree, garam masala spice, chopped garlic, and onions. It looked like he was making a delicious homemade version of this popular Indian dish. If you’re cooking, Joe, we’d love to come over!
